Barack Obama’s staunch support for Raila Odinga (now Prime Minister of Kenya) during his bid for the Kenyan presidency was casually reported by the mainstream media last year. When Odinga lost, he encouraged an uprising by his supporters that resulted in genocide.

Raila Odinga has, in his own words, a ‘close personal friendship’ with Barack Hussein Obama Jr. When Obama went to Kenya in August of 2006, he was hosted by Raila and spoke in praise of him at rallies in Nairobi: Obama’s bias for his fellow Luo was so blatant that a Kenya government spokesman denounced Obama during his visit as Raila’s stooge.

By encouraging unrest and ultimately genocide against the Christian supporters of the opposition, Raila Odinga was simply feeding into the Muslim-Christian conflict that has existed in Kenya for years: 

January 8, 2001 - Christianity Today: "Muslim-Christian Riots Rock Nairobi"

Significant tensions have been building regarding constitutional reforms supported by moderate Muslims and Christians. Many conservative Muslims are suspicious of reform and instead seek the implementation of Shari’ah, the Islamic legal code which Muslims feel restricts their freedoms. The next day the fighting spread. By the end of the day, four people had lost their lives; hundreds were injured. A mosque and two church buildings burned to the ground, and an international Christian center was destroyed.

April 3, 2003 - Kenya: "Jihad Threatened if Muslim Demands Are Not Met"

Muslim leaders in Kenya are threatening armed conflict if the new Kenyan constitution does not enshrine Islamic courts (known in Kenya as Kadhi courts).

Muslim clerics, led by Sheikh Ali Bin Mayaka of the Eldoret mosque responded, “We should try to mobilize Muslims countrywide for Jihad if anyone will try to intimidate us and provoke our religion…We shall fight up to the end with all ways to retain Kadhi courts in the constitution even if it means to seek help from our fellows around the globe.”

December 18, 2007 - The Christian Post:  "Concerns Raised Over Alleged Vow to Enforce Islamic Law In Kenya"

Raila Odinga, the current frontrunner in the upcoming presidential election in Kenya, has promised to implement strict Islamic Sharia law if he receives the Muslim vote in the predominantly Christian country and is elected president.

In the secret version of the MOU, Odinga allegedly states his intention to, ”within six months, rewrite the Constitution of Kenya to recognize Sharia as the only true law sanctioned by the Holy Quran for Muslim declared regions” if elected, according to ICC.
